Chuckanut Builders is a Bellingham-based general contractor that specializes in custom, high performance residential and commercial building projects within Bellingham’s core neighborhoods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager works with the client, design team and the Site Lead to develop a scope of work based on a set of building plans provided by the design team; then establishes a schedule and determines the labor, material and trade contractor costs necessary to complete the project. During construction, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope. Here’s the full job posting, including qualifications.
