Over the years we’ve completed a diverse mix of boutique commercial and tenant improvement projects, helping business owners design and build out restaurants, coffee shops, office spaces, yoga studios, and even a birth center! Each of these projects have presented interesting and unique challenges for our crew, in large part because commercial spaces have to be super-durable, highly functional, AND financially feasible.

We believe that every project should be beautiful, but we also know that the primary focus of tenant improvement spaces must be on building a functional space. Because of this, it’s important to establish your priorities for the space and share them with the team early. With these priorities in mind we can help guide the design process to ensure that the design meets the demands of your business. No one understand the needs of the space and how your business works more than you do, having this front of mind from the beginning is key.

Financially feasible

We can tell you from experience that finding the right commercial space can be hard; we’ve been there! We’re happy to visit potential sites with you and provide some rough construction cost estimates.  This is a great way to avoid investing more in a space than you can afford.

We use an integrated design process, which helps align budget and design early in the process. We consider it an essential part of a successful, low-stress project. This process allows the design team to collaborate from the start, giving us the opportunity to provide feedback on buildability and the cost implications of the design choices you make along the way.
