We were thrilled to partner again with some of our favorite return clients on this extensive remodel. Set on a sensitive shoreline site, the project called for both care & creativity. To protect the home from storm surge damage (and meet FEMA requirements), the existing structure was raised several feet and carefully shifted away from the shore. This major undertaking will give the home a strong, safe foundation for years to come. 

From there, the design team introduced a bold new entry that makes a lasting first impression. Inside, walls were opened up to create an open & welcoming flow that’s perfect for entertaining. The result is a lively space that balances beauty & practicality – all shaped by the trust, taste, and collaboration of clients we’re grateful to work with again.
