When a family knows where they want to put down roots and has a vision to build something timeless and fresh, we’re there! This beautiful, new farmhouse is set at the edge of a meadow and perfectly balances form with modern finishes.
The heart of the home is the open kitchen & dining area with a vaulted ceiling, skylights, and huge windows that wash the space in natural light. A butcher block island and wide-plank oak floors keep it all grounded & inviting. Those huge windows, they provide views of the meadow at every turn.
Our favorite part though, is the crisp white oak stairs and trim wrapping the entry. Craftsmanship in its truest form, subtle and timeless. This home is full of surprises – the powder room accented in dramatic floral wallpaper, a spa-like primary bath, a cubby under the stairs, and even a dark & moody studio above the garage for the resident musician!
This house has personality to spare, and we’re thrilled that its future family has moved in – ready to enjoy their next season.
